Our Commitment
Buksh Landscapes stands behind its craftsmanship and works hard to keep customers happy from start to finish and even after the job is done. Clients are encouraged to read these terms carefully so everything is clear and expectations are set from day one. All guarantees listed below apply only after full payment of the agreed contract amount has been made. Once the project has been completed according to the approved plan or quotation, holding back payment for pending warranty matters is not acceptable. Warranty services will be arranged only after any outstanding balance has been settled.
Project Terms
The contractor agrees to complete the work described in the quotation with skill, care, and efficiency, always keeping safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in mind.
Work areas should be reasonably cleared before the project begins. Excess weeds, debris, or obstructions may result in additional charges. For grading or leveling tasks, grade markers must be properly placed beforehand. If grading layout is requested from the contractor, an added fee may apply per plot. Quotations are prepared with the assumption that equipment can access the work zone without difficulty. Limited or restricted access may affect pricing or make the original quote invalid.
Clients should stay reachable during working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and avoid delays caused by lack of communication. Project holdups may lead to extra costs or timeline adjustments. Any change to design, materials, or scope must be approved in writing by both parties. Reworking a completed task will involve added charges. If a concern comes up, it should be raised right away during construction hours so it can be handled quickly and smoothly.
Acceptance of Quotation
Accepting a quotation means agreement with Buksh Landscapes’ terms and conditions. Approval may be given through written confirmation, payment of a deposit, or signing the quote. Clients are responsible for making sure all requested services and specifications appear in the quotation and match their expectations. If something is missing, it should be addressed before work starts. Later changes or overlooked details may lead to additional costs. Reviewing every element of the project in advance helps keep everything running like clockwork.
Plant Materials
All plants supplied are guaranteed to be healthy and in good condition at installation. Any plant that fails within one year of installation will be replaced once at no extra cost, depending on availability, season, and scheduling. Replacement choices will be agreed upon together. The guarantee does not cover plant loss caused by improper care such as under watering, over watering, excessive fertilizing, incorrect pruning, neglect, pests, disease, or natural causes beyond control.
Local Regulations and Compliance
Local authorities may set rules regarding planting quantities, tree placement, or landscaping standards. Meeting those requirements is the responsibility of the property owner. Details are usually listed in property documents or official plans, and reviewing them beforehand helps prevent surprises later.
Hardscape Installations
Hardscape construction is covered for two years from the installation date against defects caused by workmanship. All installations follow manufacturer specifications and accepted industry practices. For newly built properties, soil settlement or unstable ground conditions that cause movement or damage are not included in the warranty. Drainage outlets such as downspouts should be directed away from paved or structural features to help prevent issues.
Turf and Sod
Turf is guaranteed to be fresh and healthy when installed. Proper watering and care guidelines must be followed to keep the warranty valid. Damage resulting from heavy foot traffic, deep shade, animals, pests, neglect, or natural conditions is not covered.
Payment Terms
Projects above a certain value may require a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid within seven days of completion or invoice date unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing. Any questions about invoices or payments should be raised promptly so they can be sorted out without delay.
Site Access
Landscaping equipment can sometimes leave minor marks on access routes or lawn areas even when handled with care. These spots will be repaired with soil and seed where needed. Installing new sod instead will involve an additional cost. Protective materials may be placed over delicate surfaces when equipment passes across them. By approving the quotation, the client accepts responsibility for access over personal walkways or driveways. Damage is rare, but the contractor cannot be held responsible for occasional issues such as cracks in existing concrete.
